Oyado Cocochi Hotel - Tokyo

Loved that our room was super spacious & comfy. The location was bang on, just a short walk from Shin Okubo station! Only downside was the slow internet 😅

everything was simply amazing. the stay here was pleasant, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with convenient location just next door to eateries. the rooms were neat in a triple bedroom, the staff were amicable and very amiable.

Hotel is clean and recently refurbished, the location is marvellous. The staff are accommodating and amicable. The rooms are spacious and perfect, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Would recommend this property to others.

easy access to parks and vibrant city life nearby

i loved the cozy atmosphere of my stay, being just a short walk from the beautiful shinjuku gyoen national garden and the fascinating samurai museum, perfect for leisurely afternoons of exploration.

Such a cozy place, if you enjoy flimsy locks and dark rooms, of course. The shower had a fumes smell that really added a touch of charm, didn't it? And can we talk about the lack of personal treatment? A complimentary upgraded room would have been just the cherry on top of this less-than-stellar experience. Almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

It was spacious enough for two people, with a mini fridge and kettle available. The plugs were perfectly placed. Plus, being just a couple minutes from Shin-Ōkubo Station was a huge bonus. I'd definitely come back 😊

I'm furious about the terrible shower experience. The smell was unbearable. Plus, there was no control over the water temperature and areas were dusty, unacceptable.

Loved the air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Wasn't a fan of no pets allowed.

The location offers very nice convenience, being just minutes from the train station and surrounded by an array of dining options. The room's size was so great compared to larger hotels, providing ample space to unpack. A notable highlight was the savory pies enjoyed nearby. A perfect snack after a day of exploration. On the downside, the shower had some issues that affected the experience, and the internet connection was slower than ideal. An earlier check-out time felt a bit restrictive for plans.

Recommend it for groups wanting comfort

I gotta say,, the location was killer. Everything you need within walking distance,, we ate at so many good places nearby every night and didn't even have to spend hours planning. The staff were super friendly,, they even let us stow our luggage after checkout for free, which helped a lot with our schedule.

A room with two beds that were a bit noisy when you moved around, and the air conditioner was a bit loud at times. 🛏️

Convenient triple bedroom setup. the fact that it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the Omoide Yokocho night market 🌃 is great. the hotel is located in a nice area.

A Great Spot for a Trip! 😊 the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help! Plus, the location was so convenient - just a short walk to two train and metro stations, as well as plenty of restaurants. It's in a really nice area too!
